Elaborated Academic paragraphs.

I am conducting a research on organizational culture using qualitative approach. I did interview with 15 individuals and I wrote notes but they are short. I need the expert to expand on the answers to be at least 3-5 pages, however the additional text to give the same meaning of the answers or support the answers included.
Noted: I have total 4 set need to complete all within 12 hours and budget 50$AUD fixed for whole work
