Editing thesis and commitment until acceptance (Computer science - Semantic web)

I need help with PhD thesis edition linguistically, scientifically and anything in between. the topic is about semantic web and e-learning. the thesis is written but it need some editing to make it chohirent, easy to read, understandable and reader can flow. I need someone with practical knowledge about the topic and who can write very well, maybe there is a need to do some practical work if that is required at some time. someone with knowledge in conducting good research, implement semantic web application, and a writer who can commit to it until accepted would be the best to do this project. the results and conclusions need to be done properly as well.

it have about 145 pages including references and everything.
latex format is used to write it.

what I basically want is a complete accepted final version thesis.
