Edit a written Paper

Hello,
I have a messy paper and i need someone to edit the structure and maybe re-write some parts to make it more clear

Structure should be look like this:

Chapter 1. Introduction (Clearly describe the motivation behind this work, and explicitly state the contribution of this work.)
Chapter 2. Existing Techniques (Describe related techniques, results or anything related to the contribution of this work)
Chapter 3. The proposed pulse meter (Describe in detail how to implement this device, including both hardware and software implementation)
Chapter 4. Proposed Visualization Scheme (Describe the detail about how do we design and implement the visualization scheme, give formal explannation of why our visualization scheme works better than other methods)
Chapter 5. Experiments and Results
Chapter 6. Conclusion and Future Work (Conclude the paper by rephrasing the two contributions we have done in this work, and discuss possible directions of future research)
Reference Section

My budget is 50$ for this work and i need it in a week.
