Drought summary in 5 African countries

We need a couple of pages describing the general drought situation in 5 African countries: Kenya, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Madagascar. The document should be composed of 5 separate parts (1 per country). Each part should be 300 words, making it a total of 1500 words. Each part should be written in formal English language with the systematic integration of supporting quantitative references from several credible sources (UN, Governmental publications, etc). There has to be style consistency in the way the 5 parts are written.
This is for someone with experience as a journalist with expertise is geopolitics, industry, social science and climate.
