Developing Legal copy from existing documents

We have several documents that have been written over the years, well written, great for strategy but feel they are too high level and not usable in our everyday interaction with our clients, and partners. Solution - Looking to harmonize all the materials into useable, readable, relatable organization literature that can be shared with different partners in the ecosystem - all level partners etc. We will use the different copy developed to create communication pieces:
