Develop Enterprise Management Course

Requirement is to develop short course on Enterprise Management in English based on following topics:

Module I Decision Support and Business Intelligence
Module II Overview of ERP Systems and Business Processes
Module III E-CRM
Module IV Enterprise Systems and Supply Chain Management
Module V Building and Managing Systems
The course will be delivered via pre-recorded video with a mix of direct lecture and Power Point slides. The course content should include 5 case studies, i.e., 1 for each module. The total duration of the course will be for 20 video hours.

Submission of teacher profile and approval
Preparation of short introductory video approx. 5-8 minutes giving an overview of the subject matter of BPM (free of charge)
If introductory video and profile is approved then definitive agreement for complete 20 hour course will be signed
Advance submission of each module content i.e. key slides and highlights only; client will review and approve or request slight modification if needed
Teacher will need to sign NDA and mutual exclusivity agreement including statement to comply with avoidance of plagiarism

Total 20 hours course material will be required.
