Hi Can you design survey /for my research
Research Objectives
The basic objective of this study is to determine the on impact of Brexit on Migrant-owned businesses and their sense of belonging while living and working in ‘host’ rural communities’.Moreover, the research would also explore Government and host communities’ attitudes towards migrants- Are they inclusive communities or promoting social inclusions.
Sub objectives include:
To explore the Impact of Brexit on Scotland rural economy and rural business sectors.
To understand the impact that Brexit has had—and continues to have—on migrant-led businesses throughout the Scotland more specifically rural Scotland.
To assess the impact of migrants sense of belonging while living and working in host rural communities.
To define the various economic, social, cultural, personal and political impacts that Brexit has had on migrants in Scotland; and, to understand these impacts in terms of migrant’s day-to-day lives and belonging within Scotland.
To assess migrant entrepreneur who are from the EU but are still feeling the xenophobic/racist impact of Brexit especially when considering rural belonging.
To explore host communities’ attitudes towards migrants; particularly around concepts of welcoming or hostility.
To assess the policy making from the perspective of Scottish government and to investigate such policies that seek to be inclusive and ‘welcoming’ are often (albeit unwitting) just as exploitative and exclusionary.

Based on the extensive review of literature, and conclusions drawn from other studies, there are a multitude of research questions which have been formulated for the means of this study. These research questions will act as a guide to allow me to apply my knowledge, and the insights gained from this study, in order to achieve the objectives of this study. These research questions include:
What are the contributions of migrant-owned Business in Scotland rural economy?
What are the challenges that Brexit may have on migrants-owned Businesses in rural Scotland?
How Brexit has changed the ability and acceptance of migrant-owned businesses throughout the Scotland?
What are the impact of Brexit on migrants’ day-to-day lives in Scotland and their sense of belongings while living and working in host rural communities?
What are the impact of Xenophobia/Racism on migrants sense of belonging?
