I'm seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator based in Athens, Greece. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimizing our clinic's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Conducting patient consultations and follow-ups
- Coordinating treatment plans
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in general dentistry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
Ultimately, the goal of this role is to streamline our operations, enabling us to serve our patients more efficiently and effectively.
This position will start off for a one or two week "trail" to aid in development of protocol and processes. Upon successful collaboration after the initial one or two week period, the relationship will be re-examined and a new collaboration established. It is a position that requires in-person meetings to get it off the ground and then can be done virtual.
