Deep Learning Results Interpretation for Publication

I'm looking for an expert in machine learning and scientific writing to help interpret the results of my deep learning model and assist in writing the Results and Discussion sections of a publication.

The model predicts enzyme activity based on drug binding using ODE simulations and neural networks.

Key tasks include:
- Interpret loss function behavior, enzyme activity plots, and model prediction accuracy.
