Project Description:
I am seeking a freelancer who can assist me in conducting a detailed analysis of the social determinants of health using empirical methods. Using Empirical Methods to Understand and Conceptualize the Social Determinants of Health
Social determinants of health:
• (Need for healthcare: general or specific needs; resources),
• (Predisposing factors: immigration status, assimilation, ethnic cuture; language, mental well-being: family reunification, stress, trauma)
• (Macrostructural/ contextual factors): emigration, reception, healthcare utilization in homeland that is different of healthcare system from that in the Netherlands
Requirements:
- Strong background in healthcare and understanding of social determinants of health
- Experience in conducting detailed analysis and research
- Proficiency in using empirical methods to gather and analyze data
- Familiarity with the specific methodologies I have in mind (to be discussed further)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of healthcare needs and available resources
- Understanding of factors such as immigration status, assimilation, ethnic culture, and language in relation to health
- Expertise in conducting comprehensive studies and providing in-depth analysis
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner
