Day in the life of a continuing care assistant
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I would like an essay writer. I have already done a rough draft of all the points I need .You are free to add more to make it more knowledgable.
This is what I have been asked to present on the essay;
Please outline where you are working now, how long you have worked there, the role you have, and your main responsibilities. The essay should be a day in your life as a CCA (or current role) Include as much detail as you can, include where you work, what you do, why you do it, and how you do it (steps). This will help us to determine if you have the knowledge and skills for admission to meet the 50% threshold. If you do, we will then invite you to register for the program. I have included some prompting questions for you below.
Prompting Questions for Day in the Life Essay:
Describe some of the daily care needs of the clients/residents you work with (For example – do any of the clients/residents require things such as ostomy care? Catheter care? Special skin Care?) and how do you know/where do you find the information about the special care needs of your clients/residents?
Give examples of other infection prevention practices you use in your work; when and why
When we assist clients with their personal care/bath etc we observe them for skin integrity issues. What are indicators of skin integrity issues (what do you observe for? and what are some care interventions used to prevent skin integrity problems?
When a resident or client, in your care, needs to transfer from Bed to a chair (or wheelchair) - –how do you know what type of transfer method to use? And Describe 2 types of transfers/lifts used in your facility
Many residents in care facilities require special or therapeutic diets; Name two Diets that are used in your facility and describe at least 1 food texture alteration that may be used in your setting and why a resident may require this.
What type of medication and what process is used (Pre-Packages Dosage System?) are you familiar with and or assist with.
