HR Culture Manager

The role of the culture manager is that of a consultant and expert who provides a cultural roadmap. This role leverages data, company culture, human-centred design, and business to advance cultural programs and workflows. This role works with all areas of the business, including serving as a strategic partner to the corporate learning team, leading and supporting high-impact talent programs that drive business value, advancing our cultural transformation goals, and creating a sense of care and community at Allstate. This role Demonstrate knowledge of cultural change theory and practical application, talent management planning and business priorities to drive business strategy through a holistic talent management strategy.
