Crypto Analyst

We are a crypto VC and research firm.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate crypto analyst / researcher. Minimum 3 years experience in crypto.
Your role is to produce in-depth, deeply researched reports. With a primary duty of producing weekly research reports. NOT NEWS ARTICLES.
As you now - macro's and narratives drive crypto. Tokens with high quality fundamentals in those macro narratives are the best performers. You must understand this, be able to find and research this, provide this in a well written research report.
We are looking for someone who can produce deep dives or in-depth, highly researched reports with technical understanding. Covering important statistics, numbers, fundamentals, alpha, "out of the box" ideas and an understanding of what drives valuations and token prices.
Additionally, you should know what key macro narratives are driving the markets, stay on top of this and want to find new emerging narratives or trends (be early).
The in-depth research will be used by our in-house VC research board for investment consideration. As well as distributed to our network of VC, HNW and sophisticated investors / audience.
You must be able to articulate your in-depth research in well written reports.
Research includes, specific tokens, sectors and macro trends.
Some examples could be:
Top 6 AI tokens and why
Top 8 Gaming Tokens and why
Deep dive into decentralised GPU tokens
Why the Bitcoin halving drives price and the 4 year cycle
Macro economic trends currently driving crypto
Specific token research "A deep dive into the LINK token"
Staking opportunities - their APY and how to access it
Web3 ecosystems
Peer comparison reviews
Your research should cover (but not limited to):
Why. Their use cases. Tokenomics. How big the market opportunity is. Data that makes them the "top 6". Fundamentals. Stats around user growth. Real world usage etc. Then why the narrative / macro landscape is important and what’s driving that.
Also deeper dives into specific individual tokens.
We publish the research weekly.
What you will bring:
You must be investing in crypto, very passionate and focused on the space. You won't succeed here if you are not.
* An analytical mindset combined with strong communication, visualization and articulation skills.
* Ability to interpret data using different research methodologies.
* A track record in research and analysis.
* 3 years experience in similar roles (research analyst, market research, investment analyst).
* A deep understanding of Crypto
* Initiative
Currently we are looking for a contractor to contribute weekly research and insights. Potential to lead to more work, full time or promotions (if wanted but not necessary).
Additionally, you will need to fact check research from our other analysts before it is published.
Someone focused on the space. Passionate. Investing. Degens welcome.
