The detailed report should address the following objectives:
• Compare and contrast work behaviours in different cultures: Select at least three different cultures and compare their work behaviours, discussing aspects such as communication styles, attitudes towards hierarchy, teamwork, and decision-making processes.
• Analysis of how behaviour and culture impact on people management practice: Examine how the identified work behaviours influence people management practices in the selected cultures, covering areas such as leadership styles, motivation techniques, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Strategic action plans to resolve potential challenges in people management: Identify potential challenges in managing a culturally diverse workforce and develop strategic action plans to address these challenges, including strategies for fostering an inclusive work environment, enhancing cross-cultural communication, and promoting cultural competence among managers.
• Skills and cultural requirements for global citizenship: Define the concept of global citizenship in the context of the workplace, identify the skills and cultural competencies required for effective global citizenship, and discuss how these skills can be developed and integrated into people management practices.

On successful completion of this module a student will be able to:
