Critical review of article in terms of methodology

I need someone who knows methodology and how to write a short (up to 1 page long) critical review of one article (political science). You should focus on the case selection and the general case study design and identify the strengths and weaknesses of an instrumental case study method.

It's a plus if you already did something similar.
