My project involves a critical analysis of a food commodity in India covering all spectrums, including social, political, economic, technological, environmental and gastronomic factors. To do this, I will be using a range of source materials that include peer-reviewed academic papers, information from government websites, and other online sources. The geographical area I’ll be looking at is India as a whole. This will allow me to assess the current state of the food commodity and explore how it has changed over time. By crunching the data I have gathered, I will be able to identify any trends and come up with actionable conclusions.
