Create MCQs along with Hint and Explanation on Biology & chemistry for NEET entrance examination

I need freelancers who can create a list of topics and sub-topics in every chapter. These topics and sub-topics should be very precise and perfect. (If I place the topic or sub-topic name in front of the student it should speak by itself) Based on this list of topics and sub-topics, the freelancer should be able to form MCQs. Then after based on the result of the examination we should be able to create a progress report based on the topic-wise and sub-topic-wise strengths and weaknesses of the students. Freelancer should have cracked NEET entrance. The subjects required are Chemistry and Biology.
