Corporate Psychologist for Employee Wellness Programs

I am seeking an experienced psychologist with a minimum of 5 years in the field, specifically in corporate settings. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working within Employee Wellness Programs and should be capable of delivering key services such as:

- Stress Management Workshops
- One-on-One Counseling
- Mental Health Assessments

This role will involve working to improve the mental health and overall wellbeing of employees, providing support and guidance as necessary. The psychologist will need to develop and implement effective stress management techniques and workshops, as well as conducting regular mental health assessments to monitor and support employees' wellbeing.

Experience in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Child Psychology will be beneficial, but a primary focus on Corporate Psychology and Employee Wellness Programs is crucial. Skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving will be key to engaging with employees and providing the necessary support and guidance.
