I am looking for a Corporate Governance consultant to provide ongoing support in the area of Ethics, Compliance , Organization Structure and Hierarchy. My organization is medium-sized, with 51-200 employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate governance, with a focus on ethics, compliance, Organization Structure and Hierarchy. Specific skills and experience required for the job include:
- Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards related to corporate governance.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to ethics ,compliance Organization
Structure and Hierarchy.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of potential risk and non-compliance
- Experience in training and educating employees on ethics and compliance best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
