Corporate Banking Productivity Benchmarking Study
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
The project will involve the creation of five interactive dashboards in Power BI, focusing on various aspects of productivity benchmarking at the department, team, and individual levels. The successful bidder will demonstrate expertise in productivity benchmarks and experience in developing user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
Project Scope
The project will include the following deliverables:
1. **Cover Page Dashboard**
- An introductory dashboard that sets the stage for the productivity benchmarking study.
2. **Practice Slide Dashboard**
- A dashboard explaining different operating models within corporate banking.
3. **Department-Level Benchmarking Dashboard**
- A dashboard benchmarking our Corporate Banking department against other banks based on predefined productivity metrics.
4. **Team-Level Benchmarking Dashboard**
- A dashboard providing a comparison of productivity metrics at the team level within our Corporate Banking department.
5. **Individual Relationship Manager-Level Benchmarking Dashboard**
- A dashboard benchmarking individual relationship managers based on productivity metrics.
Provided Materials
- Metrics: All productivity metrics and a sample data collection template in Excel.
- Sample Deck: A PowerPoint deck with sample graphs and tables illustrating the type of analysis required for each Power BI dashboard.
Requirements
- The dashboards must be developed in Power BI, without the use of macros or coding, ensuring they are user-friendly and easy to manage post-delivery.
- The final deliverables must be fully handed over to our team
- Only freelancers with proven experience in productivity benchmarking studies and Power BI should apply.
- The entire project must be produced and finalized within one calendar week. Feedback will be provided within 24 hours of submission.
