Convert a Analytics Data Management technical solution into a white paper

We have built a data management solution and have created a short narrative for it. Now we need to expand it into a full-blown white paper (5-7 pages) with elements of an organization's strategy.

I need someone that has written Data management and governance white papers before. Must have nice diagrams to describe the development process etc..
