Conception of a modern screening process to find start-ups
Budget: €500 – €600 EUR
Literature review and conception/ development of a screening process to find start-ups and other companies according to certain criteria.
The screening process is the first stage of identifying targets for merger and acquisition. The goal is to find and combine modern methods of any kind to be able to find companies who fit to given criteria.
The result must be an original, very well structured and argued text with correct references to all used sources.
Writer must have a MBA or Masters-Degree with experience in business.
To be a best fit for this project you need:
- Very good summary skills
- Understanding M&A process
- Ability to build a new concepts / method
- To have Attention to detail
The bidder should send samples of previous writing for review.
Some sources and ideas are already available and will be shared.
I expect an extensive essay with a length of about 15.000 to 20.000 words.
The work will be divided in two stages:
Stage 1: at least 10 pages proposal including the planned table of content.
Stage 2: full text – only after accepting the proposal.
Time frame: 25 days (7 days for first stage, 18 for full text)
