Comprehensive HR Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am in need of a highly skilled HR Specialist who can assist my small-sized company (less than 50 employees) with various tasks, including:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Identify suitable candidates for our team, conduct interviews, and screen potential hires.
- Employee Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, job roles, and expectations.
- Performance Management and Evaluation: Regularly monitor employee performance and provide feedback, enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal freelancer would bring extensive experience in HR, staffing and recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Prior experience working with small businesses is also desired. Initially, tasks would be project-based, however, there's potential for ongoing HR tasks, which makes this role a perfect fit for someone interested in a long-term collaboration.
