I'm needing a seasoned professional to aid with various integral aspects of my organization's Human Resource department. The tasks include, but aren't limited to:
- Recruitment: Utilizing job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies to attract quality talent.
- Employee Onboarding: Orchestrating a smooth transition for new hires into our organization, ensuring all formalities are completed and they're effectively integrated into their teams.
- Performance Evaluations: Must be capable of conducting fair and thorough assessments of employee performance, ensuring that all evaluations are both accurate and constructive.
Given that we are an organization composed of 50-100 employees, experience handling HR needs of similar scale is most appreciated. To excel in this project, considerable knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations is paramount. Practical understanding of recruitment through diverse channels such as conventional job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies is also crucial to this role.
