Comprehensive HR Consultant for Long-term Partnership

I'm seeking an HR consultant for my company with expertise in multiple areas. The consultant will primarily focus on:
- **Recruitment and Hiring**: This includes job posting and advertising, interviewing and candidate assessment, and setting up our onboarding process.
- **Employee Training and Development**: We need assistance in creating skill development programs and performance evaluation systems.
- **Policy Making and Compliance**: This is critical to ensuring we adhere to all necessary regulations and maintain a fair workplace.
The ideal candidate would have extensive HR experience, particularly in recruitment, training, and policy formulation. A background in compliance is also highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team are essential for success in this role.
