I am urgently looking for an experienced academic writer to develop a high-quality, well-structured text (max. 10,000 words including tables, figures, and references) on the topic:
“Artificial Intelligence and Green Human Resource Management”
The text will explore two main areas: How AI can be used to support green HRM practices at individual and organizational levels. The dark side of AI adoption in the context of green HRM (e.g., surveillance, job insecurity, bias, depersonalization).
