Coding interviews for a qualitative analysis with Nvivo

For our research we want to investigate how transparent companies are in sharing personal information within the organization. Therefore we have conducted 4 interviews that we want to have coded to do a qualitative analysis with Nvivo. Our research question is: "Why does management wants to implement a policy of performance transparency.
