Cbt for anxiety disorders from clinical psychologists to published research

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program to address Panic Disorder for patients. This program should be in the form of a written guide. The content should be based on existing treatment protocols that are used by clinical psychologists, and should be enhanced with any applicable research studies. The written guide should be comprehensive enough for it to be used by qualified therapists as well as by patient on their own. The guide should explain the basics of panic disorder, and how to use CBT techniques to manage the symptoms. It should also provide practical exercises that can be used use by patients as part of their treatment plan.
