I need help with writing case study and analysis report. Bases on the figures from analysis , recommendation will be presented along with risk analysis and profit.
Case:
We have different warehouses at three different locations.
Norway
Sweden
Finland

We need to analyse that, what benefit our business will get If we have one central warehouse in Norway instead of individual warehouses at other three location.
What are the gains. How this effect our supply chain, logistic and distribution channel. How much our business will save in terms of money, throughput and how this will optimize our current value chain with in supply chain and logistics.
Define key performance indicators, advantages and disadvantages. Main focus is the profitability in both approaches. Having one central warehouse will effect ESG and sustainability by having less and effective route management.
We have last year expenses for warehouses and we have the price estimations from one preferred service partner which will provide one central 3PL services in Norway to all locations.
