Capacity Building

I am looking for assistance with Leadership Training to help build capacity within a specific youth organization. We are at the beginning stages, so we need help to develop objectives for this training program and then execute it to ensure success. Our target audience includes youth from various backgrounds, and we need to have an effective and engaging program in place to meet all of their needs. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about leadership training and has the skills to work with a diverse group of individuals. Experience and success in the past with similar age groups is crucial for this project.
