CTO Needed for EdTech Startup

I'm looking for a talented, experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join my startup in the educational technology (EdTech) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our technology platform, contributing your expertise in full-stack development.
- Work closely with the founding team to set and execute the technology strategy.
- Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
- Implement and manage best practices in software development, deployment, and quality assurance.

Ideal Candidate:
Role: Full time role (Chief Technological officer )
Skills: MERN Stack Developer (Full Stack), DevOps knowledge, Production ready projects, Have 2+ YOE in the industry.
Education Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering
Language: English (Knowing Bengali is a plus)
