Organizational Performance and culture in practice, evidence-based practice, leadership and management development, Employment Relationship Management, Talent Management And workforce planning, Performance Management, reward for performance and contribution, And Learning And Development.
Prior Experience or Knowledge:
- Experience in people management
Desired Format:
- The assignments should be in Written reports, from own experience and/or sources such as the CIPD Fact sheets and ACAS, or wider research with referencing presented in the Harvard referencing format.
There are multiple tasks, with specific word counts, around 2000 words or 1000 words depending on the task. Exact guidance will be provided
Timeline for Assistance:
- For Module 1 , submission is within 2 weeks, but i require immediate assistance within the next week.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in People Management
- Familiarity with Cipd Level 5 requirements
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to analyze and present information in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
