I'm seeking a professional with a strong background in business law for an engaging research paper. The project involves a deep dive into the 'Statute of Frauds' and the 'Battle of the Forms'.

Teacher instructions:
Within 2 weeks after your Presentation an individual 3 page paper is due in Word format. The paper must be a full 3 page report or you will lose points. The last presentation paper will be due when presented.
(12 pt type, Times New Roman, 1” margins, double spaced, no space between paragraphs. All indentures will be single spaced.). 50% credit if I have to reformat to count pages.
If you do not do a presentation you may still turn in a paper on time for half of the points.
All citations must be in a separate bibliography no special format, not part of the page count. Do not put a personal introduction in the paper as you did the power point presentation. No more than 2 direct quotes. Copying part of an article with a few words changed is not acceptable as part of your paper and is plagiarism. Any plagiarism will result in a 0. It will be turned in through "turn it in". Turn it now gives me an AI report. If it shows up as more than 30%, or whole paragraphs, AI created you will have an opportunity to rewrite the paper within one week or accept a zero.
