Business Case on Performance Management
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
The objective will be to develop a case from a recent problem either through secondary or primary data. Secondary data can be sourced from newspaper reports, company websites , databases, business magazines, online interviews of key informants etc. Primary data is of course through your experiences or interaction with protagonists in the case organization. You can take any business problem related to HR issue, supply chain, merger acquisition, marketing strategy, technology innovation. The case study should be accompanied with a teaching note. Following are the milestones for case development.
Submission details
1: Case Study Document - Introduction

2: Case Study Document - Case Narrative and Key Issues

Conclusion: Summarize the case and its outcomes, leaving open-ended questions for analysis. This section should provide a wrap-up of the case narrative and suggest areas for further discussion or consideration.
