Building and Construction Estimator Needed in Western Australia

We are seeking an experienced building and construction estimator to join our team and help us manage an exciting new project in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Western Australian building and construction principles, as well as a great understanding of scopes of works and interpretations of plans.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Develop and maintain project schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Review and interpret plans and scopes of work
Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts
Provide ongoing support to project teams
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Western Australian building and construction industry
Strong understanding of Western Australian building and construction principles
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
