Build me a lesson plan regarding job insecurity on mental health

I'm a university lecturer. I need help building a lesson plan on a topic of the effects of job insecurity and social stressors on mental health of B40 (urban poor) people in Malaysia for my students. Skills necessary are as follows: article writing, technical writing, SPSS analysis, and research skills. Must be able to interpret simple cross sectional studies regarding the topic. Believe me, they are very simple.
