A 500-word (1- to 2-page)succinct review of your main points. Although an executive summary is much like a traditional abstract, the purpose of it is offering an extended, but persuasive summary. Imagine you are writing to a busy executive who wants the main highlights from your report and needs to be persuaded to buy into your ideas and read further.
