Board Petition for Internal Investigation

I need a well-crafted petition to pressure to the board of a non-profit organization to take action (by conducting an investigation into concerns that were previously denied (despite evidence). The primary aim is to ensure that the reported issue, and its cover up by administrators are properly dealt with and that future concerns are responded to appropriately.

Key Considerations:
- The petition should be addressed to the board members but will first be signed by parents, former students, former employees, donors, etc.
