The ideal candidate will bring a solid grasp of HR methodologies, paired with intermediate proficiency in Spanish, to effectively communicate and engage with our diverse workforce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment and Selection:** Drive the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and interviewing candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be critical to manage applications efficiently.
- **Training and Development:** Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote internal advancement. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be advantageous in delivering engaging training modules.
- **Employee Relations:** Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues, ensure compliance with company policies, and foster a positive work environment.
**Skills and Experience:**
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish – both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of HR software tools, including Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), ATS, and LMS.
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
