Bid Writer Needed for Department of Special Education Notice - Inclusive Practices

I am requesting an experienced proposal writer to draft a competitive bid and assist with setting competitive rates. I am currently a vendor with the State of Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services, but this is my first competitive bid submission. The bid is due 4/12.

My company is Benefits Understood Counseling Services, LLC. I am the sole owner. I provide vocational rehabilitation counseling services and I am a licensed counselor. I also have over 15 years of experience providing services to persons and children with disabilities.
