s the Bid Executive you will form part of our wider Sales Team, you will be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating bidding support documents
Working collaboratively with Sales and Operations to ensure exciting content is woven in the proposals
Reviewing, editing, and preparing bid submissions or proposals for client questionnaires. These are generally referred to as pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs)
Support the Sales Team with their request for proposals (RFPs) / invitation to tenders (ITTs). These are documents which require our business to provide a written solution to the client's needs.
Completion of supply forms which form part of the bidding process
Working with Industry Experts within the business to create presentations associated with bidding opportunities
Following up competition and bid submissions for feedback
Ensuring all correspondence and enquiries are processed in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
