Scope of work 1. Study will be conducted in Bangalore.
2. Total number of users 6.
3. Duration of Study will be 60/70 min
4. The Moderator should translate the information into English and share a proper documentation.
5. TECHVED will provide certain tools for updating the findings.
Deliverable (Type / Format) Documentation of Findings in a Word Document as well as on the Tool provided by.
Expected Timelines (Weeks /Months) 24th - 26th November
This timeline includes conducting of Study and sharing of findings.
Platform/Tools Zoom or Teams for Users who are connected remotely.

Job Description 1. Moderator should be from South Zone and should know the local knowledge of the city assigned.
2. Moderator needs to travel to the location where user study is scheduled 30 Minutes before the study time.
3. He needs to have Laptop with internet connectivity (Through good speed travel Dongle)
4. User study will be observed on Zoom Call by TECHVED Consulting Pvt Ltd.
5. He needs to record the live session on the laptop, share and debrief the sessions every EOD to the SPOC of TECHVED Consulting Pvt Ltd.
6. He needs to follow the Discussion Framework shared by TECHVED Consulting.
7. Moderator needs to share the translated transcript of all the studies (According to the given timeline) in English.
