I'm looking for a recruitment professional to help my finance company fill several key positions. The roles available are for Financial Analysts, Customer Service Representatives, Sales Professionals, and Field Collection Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for the aforementioned roles.
- Conducting preliminary interviews and assessments.
- Shortlisting candidates for final interviews.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in recruitment, particularly for finance-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with potential candidates.
- Prior experience or understanding of working with Path pedhi professionals.
Location:
- The roles are hybrid, necessitating both on-site and remote work.
Potential candidates should be comfortable with a commission-based remuneration structure, which is standard in our company. Experience in training and onboarding would be an added advantage.
