Appeal letter on Salary Benchmarking
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have been working at this particular company for the last 20 years.
I started out as a receptionist and have grown within the company over the years.
I have been working in management for the last 9 years; of this:
I worked as an Office Manager from 2012 to 2015 and as a Candidates Manager from 2015 to current.
Our company has been doing Job profiling, job grading, and salary benchmarking for the last 2 and a half years.
The process was finally completed under the new management and we received a letter on Friday 17 September 2021. My letter stated that I am overpaid and therefore do not qualify to get a salary increase.
I want to appeal their decision and need assistance with a letter motivating why I am worthy of this increase
