Safer Road Rescue is looking for an enthusiastic & multi-tasker HR Generalist!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Recruitment
I. Conducts Interviews (initial and exit)
II. Collect and monitor the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements
III. Responsible for all pre-onboarding documentation of new hires
IV. Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team on new hire updates from job offer to completion of pre-employment requirements.
b. Timely update of employee database and records Creation and maintenance of employees' 201 files (physical and electronic files)
c. Administer trainees and new employees' onboarding and orientation
d. Maintain employee personnel records
e. Implementation of policies
f. Creation or distribution of internal communications regarding announcements, changes, benefits, and company policies.
