Advanced Onboarding Specialists for HR Agency

I'm an HR agency that focuses on the European and American markets. I'm looking for workers who are exceptional in employee onboarding for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our onboarding process for new employees
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding
- Ensure all new hires have a comprehensive understanding of the company's values, culture and processes
- Implement and improve the onboarding process as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Advanced skill level in employee onboarding
- Good English proficiency is a must
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Please note that while the answer for communication tools was skipped, remote coordination is a key aspect of this role. Prior experience in remote work or using tools like Slack or Zoom would be a plus. I'm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and can adapt to the shifting demands of a growing agency.
