Academic writer/reviewer in SLA / Applied Linguistics

I have written a paper describing an empirical study in second language acquisition. Despite the quality of the paper, I have had hard time identifying the right peer-reviewed journal to publish it, which has resulted in rejections by three different journals.

I am looking for someone with publishing experience in second language acquisition and excellent English language skills to:

1. Identify one or more peer-reviewed journals for my paper
2. Edit (and format) the paper to enhance the likelihood of it being published in the journal.
3. Be willing to help with any further edits requested by reviewers.
