I am looking at how the problem of lack of refrigeration and cold chain in Africa is causing food waste and specifically trying to quantify
1- What is the cost of food waste for different types of small African farmers (e.g. their food waster per year)
2- What is the cost of accessing different types of cold chain for small African Farmers (e.g. how much it costs them per year to have access to ice or cold rooms)
Could you please find 10 academic papers around that topic and simply copy past what each say / their conclusion on that front.
