Job Description:
We are seeking academicians, faculty members, post-graduates, and graduates from the world’s top 100 universities to mentor and guide students in our Career Acceleration Center – Kuluçka. Located in Turkey, Kuluçka supports Turkish students aged 13 to 20, helping them excel in scientific research, patent development, and international competitions.

Role & Responsibilities (Research Mentors):
Conduct 10 structured mentorship sessions (each 60 minutes) per student.
Guide students in scientific research, patent applications, and academic competitions.
Assist in structuring research papers and scientific publications.
Provide expert feedback on methodology, feasibility, and intellectual property (IP) processes.
Ensure students follow international academic standards in their research.
Write a final reference letter evaluating the student’s performance, skills, and determination.
Collaborate with the Career Acceleration Center – Kuluçka to track student progress.

Requirements:
Master’s degree, PhD, or faculty position.
Strong academic background in STEM, social sciences, business, or interdisciplinary research.
Experience with scientific research, academic publishing, or patent development.
Prior experience with international academic competitions is a plus.
Fluency in English (mentorship sessions will be conducted in English).
