tiger salamander inspection for zoning clearance

I am in need of a professionally-done inspection of a tiger salamander and property for the purpose of obtaining zoning clearance. This inspection should cover the entire property and must be done within a week. The ultimate goal of the inspection is to assess the condition of the property and to ensure we have no salamanders.
